"We all must live while choosing how we live until gifts of living are out of our reach. Be present in our moments and intentional with our efforts. The person we are now is not who we are, nor who we will become. We are the product of a past and the prequel to a future. All we have is now, we are the only thing that's within our control. Tomorrow is at the mercy of how we show up for ourselves today.

My goal is to create an environment of competitive, reliable, self-aware, autonomous, creative, critical thinking and determined task oriented individuals that are constantly motivated while they motivate all encompassing to be perceptive, diligent, relentless and intentional with their daily habits."
